This is an intermediate level training course geared to participants who possess some clinical experience in the field and a general knowledge of issues pertaining to the field of trans health.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to current studies, a small number of people who have undergone social, legal, medical or surgical gender affirmation process, decide to \u201cdetransition\u201d. Studies confirm that they search, often in vain, for professionals who can support them in their detransition journey. Professionals who are already trained in trans health are ideally placed to offer this support.<br>The course draws on clinical experience of the presenters as well as the experience of some who have experienced detransition. We will share information based on the most up-to-date research.
